Rules & Safety

J-B Ranch is a community-based, cooperative boarding facility intended for emotionally mature adults. These rules exist to support safety, fairness, and a stable barn environment.

Arena Use & Cleanup

All users, including management, are responsible for cleaning horse droppings from the arena immediately after each use. The arena must be left in usable condition for the next person.

Guests & Priority

Boarders and their guests have priority use of the arena and facilities. Guest non-boarders may be permitted from time to time, but they remain subject to the same rules and operate at second priority.

Horse Documentation

No horse is permitted on the property until current Equine Coggins documentation has been provided to management.

Camera & Surveillance Policy

Security systems on the property may record both video and audio. These systems are for safety and security purposes only and are not available for boarder viewing. Boarders may install personal cameras only within their own assigned stalls and only with management approval.
